How to Reset the Creative Zen MicroPhoto
- 1). Press the "Power" button located on the top of the device to turn off the ZEN MicroPhoto. Remove any USB cables attached to the device.
- 2). Slide the battery cover downward to remove the battery cover.
- 3). Lift the battery out of the housing unit.
- 4). Wait 5 seconds and replace the battery. Replace the battery cover. Power on the device.
