Animal may go on fast unto death but not for Lokpal
Learning is good or bad in corporate world? People may deal the question very foolish and ridiculous. The truth is that learning is as harmful as no learning in corporate.
In human world, learning means 'life' and no learning means 'death'. One has to learn many things and also one has to learn things well to achieve success in life.
The corporate in general, defines the learning of its employees to be very short, stump and tangible. Diverse learning or talents has no role in corporate world in general.
In animal world, learning means loosing or become dependent on something than being independent.
Man has discovered and invented many things. Today man is ruling the ecosystem. Man has learned to trap, hunt and make use of the nature in a diverse ways to meet his need and greed; as a result, the nature is getting destroyed day by day. For example, if animals have learned to resist or fight back, the war would have been between man and nature and not with Al-Qaeda, or with Iraq or Iran or Libya. Neither the World War I nor II would have happened in human world. Good that nature has never resisted or reciprocated in the same way as man does.
If animals also like had learned different techniques to trap their prey or the prey had learned different techniques to escape from the predator, many animals would have gone fasting unto death without of any political purpose like 'Lokpal bill' what is happening in India.
The animals that have learned certain arts so deeply in circus or in zoological gardens could not survive in wild environment when these animals were translocated. The learning has created a bondage and not freedom to these animals. The learning has made them to forget their basic identity and instinctive ness.
In corporate, if someone learn better and higher would start aspiring growth or never attempt to do certain things as it may sound stupid to them. Neither of the above will have any welcome approach in corporate. If someone has not learned means, he or she would continuously do what they have been doing and remain in the same place where they are. Such people would be happy also. In corporate, learning goes against inner peace and happiness. If the subordinate could smartly pretend that he has lot to learn from his/her boss means the subordinate is certain to achieve many laurels in the corporate. This is what the essence of true learning in corporate world is.
