• 1). Start the Firefox web browser.
  
  
• 2). Click "Tools." Click "Clear Recent History."
  
  
• 3). Place check marks next to "Browsing & Download History" and "Form & Search History." Click the "Clear Now" button.
  
  

Internet Explorer 7 and 8

• 1). Start the Internet Explorer web browser.
  
  
• 2). Click "Tools" ("Safety" if you're using IE8). Click "Delete Browsing History."
  
  
• 3). Place check marks next to "Temporary Internet Files," "History" and "Form Data." Click the "Delete" button.
