How to Set up a Network Connection on a Computer
- 1). Right-click the network icon in the notification area on the task bar. This opens the right-click contextual menu.
- 2). Click the name of your network on the list of available connections. Click "Open Network and Sharing Center" to refresh the list if your network is not visible.
- 3). Enter your network security key, password or pass phrase. Click "Connect" to establish a connection to the network.
- 4). Click the "Start" button and select "Network" on the "Start" menu. Your computer is connected to the network and will display other computers on the network connection.
