- 1). Insert a DVD into your computer's disc drive. If Window's default DVD starts, quit the program.
- 2). Download and install Handbrake on your computer. Open the program when it has finished installing.
- 3). Click the "Browse" button in the Source section of the main program window. Locate your DVD (your disc drive) and select the "VIDEO_TS" folder from your DVD.
- 4). Select where you want the DVD to rip to in the Destination section. You may also rename the file in this section if you wish.
- 5). Select the "Normal" preset from the Presets pane on the right of your screen. If you desire a different output, just select it from the list.
- 6). Click the "Start" button in the top left corner to begin uploading your DVD. This may take a while, depending on the size of your DVD. Handbrake will alert you when the process is complete.
