IP Office: How to Forward Calls
- 1). Click the button on the phone that has an icon that looks like a piece of paper with a list of items on it.
- 2). Select the "Forwarding" tab.
- 3). Dial the number you want phone calls to forward to.
- 4). Select the forwarding option that will best suit your needs. You can choose between the following three settings:
Forward Unconditional (forwards all calls immediately).
Forward on Busy (forwards your calls when your phone is busy).
Forward on No Answer (forwards the phone call if there is no answer). - 5). Press "OK."
