How to Import MOV Files Into GarageBand
- 1). Click the "Media Browser" button at the far right of the bottom control bar. The Media Browser opens in the right sidebar.
- 2). Click the "Movies" tab of the Media Browser. The browser lists folders and locations of your computer that contain available movie files.
- 3). Select a folder or location to view the movie files.
- 4). Click and drag the thumbnail of the MOV file from the bottom section of the Media browser to the GarageBand timeline.
- 5). Drop the MOV file into the GarageBand timeline. The program imports the MOV file and displays the video in the timeline.
- 6). Open the "File" menu, and select "Save" to save your progress.
