How to Make a Favorites on the iPod Shuffle
- 1). Launch Apple iTunes.
- 2). Click "File" in the main navigation menu. Select "New Playlist" from the drop-down menu.
- 3). Type a name for the playlist in the "Name" input field. Pick a memorable and descriptive name to help you find the playlist easily.
- 4). Click the "Music" tab in the left-hand menu. This opens your iTunes music library.
- 5). Drag your favorite songs from the music library pane to your favorites playlist in the Playlists section at the bottom of the left-hand menu. This copies the track to your playlist.
- 6). Plug one end of the supplied iPod Shuffle connection cable into the device and the other end into your computer. Apple iTunes will automatically detect and synchronize the device, adding your favorites playlist to the iPod Shuffle.
