Places to Chop Ivy in "RuneScape"
- The first place for chopping ivy is Varrock Palace, near the yew trees on the north side and near the tree farming patch on the southeast side of the palace. Starting at Lumbridge, the home city, cross the eastern bridge and travel directly north. The first city you hit will be Varrock. For higher level players, you can teleport to Varrock using a law rune, a fire rune and three air runes.
- Falador is an enormous city in the center of the RuneScape map and is surrounded on all sides by walls. You will find ivy to chop on the outside of the north and south walls. From Lumbridge, you can get to Falador by following the river north and heading due east at Draynor Manor. You can also teleport to Falador using a law rune, three air runes and a water rune.
- Taverly is a monk town available only to members. From Lumbridge, follow the river up to the Barbarian village and then follow the path directly east. Taverly is just past the giant gate, north of the member's wall. Walk to the southeast side of the city, and you'll see the ivy hanging on the wall. For a faster route, use an enchanted sapphire necklace to teleport to Burthrope and head directly south.
- Ardougne is divided into an east and west portion. The entire east portion is open to members without any quests being required. Ivy is located outside of East Ardougne's north wall. East Ardougne is a very far walk from Lumbridge, so it is best to teleport directly to Ardougne using two water runes and two law runes.
- Yanille is an outpost town in the member area. It is also home to the Wizard's Guild. You can find ivy for chopping outside the north wall of Yanille. Use the Watchtower teleport to get there or walk south from Ardougne.
- If you're in the mood for an occasional distraction along with your ivy chopping, then head down to Castle Wars. Ivy is located outside the south wall, and after some chopping you can head in for a game. An enchanted emerald ring will allow you to teleport right to the bank at Castle Wars.
