Using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

• 1). Open your computer's Internet browser and go to Cnet.com to install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Click on "Download Now" to download the program. Click "Save As," "Save" or "Save All" when the "Opening mbam-setup-1.46.exe" dialog box appears.
  
  
• 3). Navigate to the directory containing the downloaded file. Double click on the "mbam-setup-1.46.exe" file to run the program's setup.
  
  
• 4). Click "OK" on the Select Setup Language screen. Click "Next" on the Welcome screen. Select "I accept the agreement" on the License Agreement screen.
  
  
• 5). Select "Next" on the Information screen. Click "Next" to select your computer's hard drive as the installation location.
  
  
• 6). Click "Next" on the Select Start Menu Folder screen. Click "Next," "Install."
  Click "Finish" when prompted. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware will run automatically once the installation process is complete.
  
  
• 7). Select "Perform full scan." Click on the "Scan" button to start the program's scanning process. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware will prompt you once the scanning process is complete.
  
  Click "OK" when prompted. Note, you may be prompted with a message about Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware needing to download an update, so click "OK" to allow the program to complete the update task.
  
  
• 8). Click on the "Show Results" button once you return to the program's main screen (the Scanner screen). Click on the "Remove Selected" button to remove Antivirus 360 and any other viruses found. If you are prompted to restart your computer, click "OK" to restart your system.
  
  
• 9). Click "Exit" once Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware displays a scan log on your computer's screen (the scan log will automatically open Notepad to display the results of the scanning process).
  
  

Using SuperAntispyware

• 1). Go to the SUPERAntiSpyware website (see Resources).
  
  
• 2). Click on "Download FREE VERSION Home Users." Click "Save As," "Save" or "Save All" when the "Opening SUPERAntiSpyware.exe" dialog box appears.
  
  
• 3). Navigate to the directory containing the downloaded file. Double-click on "SUPERAntiSpyware.exe" to install the program.
  
  
• 4). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation. Click "Finish" when prompted. SUPERAntiSpyware will run automatically.
  
  Click "OK" when prompted to select the language you want to use. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter information about your computer.
  
  
• 5). Click the "Scan Your Computer" button. You will be prompted when the process is complete, and the removal of Antivirus 360 as well as any other viruses from your computer will be confirmed.
