How to Fix Unsupported Messages in SwirlyMMS
- 1). Send images one at a time, if sending multiple images, in case you are getting an unsupported message error. SwirlyMMS allows sending multiple images, but sending multiple messages and images can slow the software down drastically.
- 2). Separate text and images and send them individually.
- 3). Check to see if you accidentally sent a video file. SwirlyMMS cannot send video files.
- 4). Press the "Settings" icon, which runs the "Request Auto Settings" wizard to update settings automatically. Do this from the SwirlyMMS 1.2 main screen.
- 5). Changing wireless carriers or upgrading phone software automatically updates settings, which often fixes the unsupported message error.
