Working at Home - Don"t Worry, Be Happy

Dale Carnegie I found myself awake early, trying to get to sleep but worrying about anything and everything after an especially hectic month of doing everything but taking care of my work at home business.
So I got up and wrote this article.
If you're spending time and energy on worry, it really is a huge energy leak.
Put that energy to better use.
Read the list below and put those worries out of your head.
And don't worry that it's only you.
It happens to everyone now and then.
What to do? Stop worrying and get on to something better.
DON'T WORRY 1) ...
that you will never get it all done.
2) ...
if you are not as popular, rich, charming, good looking, insert anything and everything here...
as someone else.
3) ...
about things that 'could' go wrong.
4) ...
because you are not perfect.
5) ...
that success is just around the corner if you can only chase it hard enough.
BE HAPPY 1) Accept that you will never 'get it all done'.
It's an easy way to lose 100lbs or more.
2) There will ALWAYS be someone better at something than you.
And it isn't always as easy - or good - as it looks.
3) Things may, or may not go wrong.
Do your very best to be prepared ahead and then let go.
4) As nice as it would be, perfection is a myth.
You can do your best at what ever you do, but leave perfection to Hollywood.
5) Chances are, success is inside of you and all around you, this minute.
Embrace it.
Don't waste a minute of it by looking for it 'out there'.
Let it come to you.
STILL WORRIED? Take a nice deep breath in, and a deep breath out.
Do it a few times, releasing your worries with every exhale.
Make a conscious effort to focus on what you CAN do right now.
And get to work!
