- 1). Set up in a shallow watered, in-shore area. Pink snapper tend to frequent these areas as well as sheltered areas in reefs or rocks.
- 2). Place a floating mulie of any color on the end of the fishing line on baitrunning rod.
- 3). Place a pair of snelled hooks with the floating mulie on the line. The line should be either 4 or 6 kilo holding weight, meaning it should be able to hold this weight plus the hooks without breaking.
- 4). Cast the line approximately 20 to 30 feet away from your location.
- 5). Pull in the line slowly when the pink snapper is hooked. Gradually pull the line in on the rod, and lift the fish up out of the water and unhook the fish.
