How to Troubleshoot DHCP Client Service That Won't Start in Windows Vista

    • 1). Click "Start." Type "System Restore" in the "Search" box and press "Enter."

    • 2). Click "Use a different restore point."

    • 3). Click a restore point prior to the time you began having problems starting the DHCP service.

    • 4). Press "Next" to restore your computer.
