- 1). When the player begins to unexpectedly halt playback or the device won't turn on, the batteries either are about to or already have died. Charge or replace the batteries.
- 2). If the player is not detecting media files, turn off the device. Remove the SD memory card from the side slot. Turn on the device, then re-insert the memory card. This problem occasionally occurs when the device initially is booted up.
- 3). Turn off the player for a few moments if a track freezes. Do a hard restart to allowing the system to return to its state.
- 4). Connect the E250 to a computer and remove any song that is not playing. This usually is because the file has been incorrectly transferred or formatted. Once the file is deleted from the storage drive, reimport the track to check that the file is copied correctly.
