How to Setup Wi-Fi on an iPhone
- 1). Click the “Sleep/Wake” button at the upper-right corner of the iPhone to light up the LCD screen. Swipe the slider on the LCD screen to the right.
- 2). Tap the “Settings” icon. Tap the “Wi-Fi” tab on the screen that appears to go to a Wi-Fi screen. Tap the “On” button next to “Wi-Fi” to turn the Wi-Fi on. Tap the “Join” button at the bottom of the screen.
- 3). Select your Wi-Fi home network from the list of choices presented in the column below “Wi-Fi” by tapping once on it.
- 4). Enter the security password in the “Password” text field of the screen that appears using the onscreen keyboard. Press the “Join” button at the bottom of the onscreen keyboard.
- 5). Press the “Home” button at the bottom of the iPhone to return to the initial app screen.
