Okay. The first thing we're going to do is preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Now we're going to go ahead and make the marinade. We're going to take a piece of ginger - and there are two ways to prepare the ginger - you can either take a knife and simply cut off the sides, and this is the method that I would generally use. Some people are uncomfortable doing that and so they'll take a regular peeler and they'll grab an end and peel it off that way. You're going to be using ginger twice in this so you can go ahead and do all of the ginger in one step and set part of it aside, or you can just do one piece for this marinade. So we're only going to need about a quarter of a teaspoon of ginger. So I'm just going to cut off this part and then I'm going to shred it. I'm going to go ahead and put it right here in the bowl.
