- 1). Click "Start." Go to "All Programs" and then "Microsoft Office." Select "Excel" to launch the spreadsheet software onto your computer.
- 2). Click "File," "Open" and choose the Excel document you want to load onto the screen.
- 3). Select "File," "Save As" and a save window appears. Title the document, then choose a location to save the file to.
- 4). Click on the format pull-down menu and select "PDF" as the format you want to save the file to. The Word Wrap function automatically takes effect so you don't need to adjust any of the settings.
- 5). Click "Save" and the Excel file saves as a PDF file.
