• 2). Enter your Social Security number in the appropriate boxes.
  
  
• 3). Enter your zip code in the appropriate box.
  
  
• 4). Click on the "Submit" button.
  
  
• 5). Read the displayed information about the status of your application.
  
  

Checking By Phone

• 1). Dial 1-800-347-2683 on the telephone.
  
  
• 2). Press the "#" key once verbal instructions have been given to do so.
  
  
• 3). Press the "4" key once verbal instructions have been given to do so. This will connect you with an account manager that can discuss the status of the application with you.
