Overcome Heart Disease By Using "The Secret"

The DVD "The Secret", showed how you can get rich by the using the concept that "thoughts become things".
Well in my experience if you meditate all day your furniture will get repossessed! You'll also find that all the speakers on The Secret DVD don't just think about what they want, but they also take massive action to achieve their success However, using the concept of "thoughts become things"to focus your thoughts and to motivate yourself to take action, can produce fantastic results.
The same theory applies to overcoming Heart Disease.
If you have been diagnosed with heart disease there are only 3 possible courses of action: lifestyles changes and possibly medication or surgery Although the actions that you need to take to change your lifestyle are simple, they are often hard to stick to.
You easily get off track and soon forget all about the good intentions that you had.
So am I saying that if you imagine yourself fit and healthy, it will just happen? No, of course not,.
You need to take action and make changes to your lifestyle.
Am I am saying is that if you imagine yourself fit and healthy that you will be more focused on what you need to do physically? -Absolutely yes! Am I saying is that if you imagine yourself fit and healthy your subconscious will help you stick to your plan? - Absolutely yes! If you are having difficulty sticking to a healthier lifestyle then the problem is that you are focusing on what you see as the negative aspects of this lifestyle change.
You are focusing on the fact that you have to "give something up" or that you have to make the "effort" If you are on a diet you tend to focus on food all the time, which makes sticking to your diet much harder.
If you have had a heart attack you tend to focus on each and every twinge, which makes putting the heart attack behind you and getting on with your life much more difficult.
The main lesson to take from The Secret is to visualize what you are going to GAIN.
Make sure your visualizations are specific.
There is no point thinking of vague concepts like "health".
You need to picture yourself 1, 5, 10, 20 years from now active and enjoying life.
Most of us live our life on autopilot and we don't actually notice what we eat , drink or smoke, and even when we have a good reason to change our lifestyles it is so easy to slip back into old habitsYou will find that by using this visualising technique it will be much easier to stick to your new lifestyle and overcome heart disease.
