How to Clean Countertop Grout

    • 1). Pour 2 cups water, 1 cup white vinegar and 1 tbsp. dish soap into a spray bottle. Put the lid on the bottle and shake. The dish soap breaks up grease and food residue while the vinegar kills germs and bacteria.

    • 2). Spray the solution directly onto your tile and grout. Scrub the solution into the grout with a nylon scrub brush, which safely cleans both the grout and tile without scratching.

    • 3). Scrub thin lines of grout with a toothbrush, which easily allows you to get into the small rivets.

    • 4). Wipe a damp cloth over the entire countertop to remove the lifted residue and get rid of the cleaning solution.

    • 5). Allow the countertop to air dry.
