How to Remove Mold from Wood Windows

    • 1). Vacuum up all the loose mold you can, using an external vacuum.

    • 2). Sand down the wood with the coarse grit sandpaper. This should remove a lot of the mold, and also loosen more of it. Vacuum up the dust and loose mold that results from the sanding process.

    • 3). Pour 1 cup of detergent into the bucket and fill the rest with water. Scrub the window to get off the remaining mold, then clean the window with a dampened cloth.
