How to Kill Moss With Trisodium Phosphate

    • 1). Fill a bucket with 1 gallon of water. Add 3 1/2 cups of chlorine bleach and 1/2 cup of trisodium phosphate. Mix thoroughly with a wooden stir stick.

    • 2). Put on a pair of rubber gloves and dip a sponge in the mixture.

    • 3). Squeeze the sponge over the moss, drizzling a heavy downpour of the bleach, TSP and water mixture. Repeat until the moss is drenched.

    • 4). Allow the mixture to sit on the moss for at least five minutes, then rinse with a garden hose.
