How to Clean Orange Juice Containers

Rinse the inside of the container by filling it up with fresh water, then tip all the liquid down the drain. This will help to remove some residue and any loose orange juice bits. - 2

Squeeze a small amount of dish soap into the orange juice container. Fill the container with warm water. Allow the container to sit for 10 minutes. Pour the liquid down a drain. If the container is a bottle, securely screw the lid on and shake vigorously until all the residue has been removed, then continue with step 4. - 3

Fill the washing bowl with warm water. Squeeze some of the dish soap into the water and stir to create a soapy mixture. Dunk the orange juice container into the washing bowl. Scrub the inside of the container with the cleaning brush to remove any remaining residue. Rinse out the container. Repeat this process until there is no orange juice residue left. - 4

Rinse the container thoroughly with fresh, cold water. Leave the container to air-dry on a dish rack.
