Never Go On A Crash Diet

The crash diet is one of the most commonly used methods in the world especially for people who feel desperate enough to lose weight.
I've seen a lot of people go into this and completely slim down.
Admittedly I done this in the past and I'll tell you what happen as you continue to read.
What is crash diet? It's the cutting off of nutrition of the body by drastically decreasing the eating habit to a minimum that sends your body into deprivation mode.
There are people that accompany this type of diet by doing lots of cardiovascular workout and other weight losing methods.
We all know the hazard of the method but there still some that go through this for the sake of losing weight.
Doctors, dietitians and health care professionals see this as a very alarming thing to do.
Who wouldn't? When I was still a thirteen year old, I admittedly went on a crash diet and lost a lot of weight.
I rarely eat at night, and I won't eat anything during recess.
All I eat back then was crackers and biscuits.
Yes I lost weight.
But I lost nutrition as well and my growth wasn't maximized and I only gained what I lost double afterward.
A body that goes in starvation mode stores a large amount of fat as soon as you eat because it feels that it'll happen again causing a person to gain more weight and fat.
There are short term and long term effects on a person that goes into crash diet.
Nutrition damage is the first in line because your body needs nutrition to function.
Your body will usually have Iron deficiency also called Anemia, sodium deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency and potassium deficiency.
Low sodium and potassium content in the body causes heart attack.
The brain, heart, kidney and liver are all vital in your body.
They all function because of the food that goes in your body.
Think of it as a fuel for the car.
If there's no fuel, the car shuts down in an instant.
The organs will burn muscle tissues in the body just to function even though it's in deprivation state.
If that continuous, it can lead to stroke, heart attack, liver failure and kidney failure.
Psychological problems are one of the things that some will notice on people who go on a diet.
People will have mood swings because of craving for food.
