How to Use an MP4 Player As a DVR
- 1). Plug the 3.5mm end of the cable into the "In" port on the side of your MP4 player.
- 2). Connect the RCA audio/video ends of the cable into the "Video Out" ports on the rear of your television system.
- 3). Power on the TV and change it to the station you wish to record. Turn on the MP4 player, go to the menu option and select the "Record" feature.
- 4). Press "Record" and it will begin to capture the playing video content on the television system. Press "Stop" at any time to stop the recording process.
