How to Install a Stereo Receiver

    • 1). Position the two speakers on either side of the stereo receiver.

    • 2). Run the wires from the back of the stereo speakers toward the rear of the receiver. Insert the wires into the small wired "Inputs" on the back of the receiver. These inputs are marked "Left" and "Right" so make sure you connect the speakers to the correct outlets (right side is the right speaker when facing the receiver).

    • 3). Push down on the small plastic locking buttons along the side of the speaker inputs. These lock the wires into place and prevent the wires from becoming disconnected.

    • 4). Plug the red and white RCA audio wires into the "Audio Out" port of the device you want to run the audio through the receiver.

    • 5). Insert the opposite end of the cable into the "Audio In" ports on the stereo receiver.
