Apple iPhone 6 vs Samsung Galaxy S5
Preface: First, I want to get rid of my "frustration" about the many reviews here ......... once. I almost want to say that most writers certainly have never had an iphone 6 in his hands. Purpose of this writer is just here en masse to give negative reviews and the nerves and helps with decisions not really, grrrrr .. Get best offer for iPhone 6
Well, but now comparing these TWO really very good smartphone. As a long time user of Apple devices I had this time made on Samsung to upgrade. Why do you wonder just determined it?
Now I use as a tablet recently, the new Galaxy Tab 8.4 S (Octacore). The menu navigation and speed display has vollstens convinced me - really great. The processing and the material is really good. What also impressed me favorably, the possibility to expand the memory with an SD card. Now almost all of these options provide also offers the Galaxy S5.
Recently stood with me on a contract extension, so I decided pretty quickly for the Galaxy S5.
The first impression when unpacking was now not so ....... good / great. It was waiting for me acting cheap plastic / plastic and the workmanship was more bad than good. To give just one example: the protective cover for the charging jack is really a joke, how long to hold, please?
But there were also positive findings, technically, the S5 is in fact really good, even a little better than the new Iphone 6. An example: The ability to use WiFi and LTE simultaneously for more downloads.
Positive compared to the Iphone 6: Dust and Waterproof, SD card use, display, battery replaceable, no iTunes.
A few days later I was allowed the iPhone 6, 64GB in silver, hold in your hands. When unpacking I was really pleasantly surprised - grin :)
The unit felt really really good, great processed. Even the slightly smaller display area I liked better. 5.1 inches was me then something too big, incl.

Negative compared to the Iphone 6: Clearly processing / perceived quality at the same price, there are many apps not in the AppStore (eg TomTom), resale value.
The 4.7-inch phone with Spigen case fits perfectly on the other hand in your shirt pocket (s).
iOS 8.0.2 running with me (after a week) without problems, very sturdy and super smooth. 64 Gb are more than sufficient. The battery life has increased in comparison to the iPhone 5. Here, however, the Samsung mar. Term advantage!
Oh by the way you should even ask the question why an iPhone 6 with only 2x1,4 Ghz and 1Gb of RAM and manages an S5 4x2.5 GHz and min. 2Gb needed to eg to enable a smooth display !?
May that be due to the absolutely perfect software / hardware interaction software? :) Clear advantage Appel!
I have to say something to the camera that makes incredible shots, despite the low resolution of "only" 8MP unmarked. The quality of the 8MP is so good that the 16MP of Galasxy S5 NOT be able to follow ALL (see also countless reviews).
