Breading With Bisquick & Mashed Potato Flakes

    • 1). Place the eggs in one zip-top bag. Fill a second bag with 1/2 cup of Bisquick.

    • 2). Combine the remaining 1 cup Bisquick with the mashed potato flakes and spices.

    • 3). Place the meat for breading into the bag with 1/2 cup Bisquick. Close the bag and shake to coat the meat. This dries the surface so the eggs and breading adhere better.

    • 4). Transfer the Bisquick-coated meat to the bag with the eggs and shake to combine.

    • 5). Move the egg-covered meat to the final bag with the mashed potato flake mixture and shake to coat.

    • 6). Fry or bake the meat as desired until cooked through.
