- 1). Insert the installation disc and reboot your computer.
- 2). Press any key when the system prompts you to boot from the disc. Select the "Install" option that comes up on the splash screen or wait for the installation files to finish loading (some operating systems automatically enter setup).
- 3). Set "English" as the language you would like to use to install the OS.
- 4). Follow the instructions given to you by the OS installer until the process is complete. If you have to restart your computer as part of the process, do not opt to boot from the disc a second time; this will only restart the install. Do not remove the disc until you're instructed to do so.
