Defeating Anxiety Attacks - Make Anxiety Attacks a Thing of the Past
I can sympathise with people who are going through the pains of anxiety attacks.
I have gone through my fair share of them in the past and they have been de-stabilising my life.
I have lost count of how many times they have caused panic, fear, uncertainty, and hopelessness in me.
There were occasions when I rushed to the hospital thinking I was suffering from a heart attack, only to be told it was simply an anxiety attack.
I tried to solve this problem so many times.
I sought various treatments and therapies.
Only to find out the solution rested in myself.
I didn't have to rely on anyone or a medication to get over this.
It was only I who could defeat these anxiety attacks.
The way I did it, is through education.
I knew they were all in my mind.
It is not a physical or mental disease that is going to kill you.
It is your state of mind which triggers these attacks, but it is all controlled in your head.
The solution lies in your mind.
You have to be self-aware and consciously control your mind.
That is what separates us human beings from animals, we have the power to be self-aware and direct our conscious.
When you learn how to do that, then anxiety attacks will be a thing of the past.
The first step is to acknowledge they are all in your head and within your control.
The next step is to be conscious of them when they occur.
The final step is to direct them to disappear, to press the off button.
With practice you will eventually master this as I did.
