• The Cajun Palms RV Resort puts guests in southern Louisiana near Interstate 10 about half way between Lafayette and Baton Rouge. This resort offers 300 deluxe pull-through and back-in RV spaces that come with 30-and 50-amp electrical hookups, digital cable and water and sewage service. The entire campground is equipped with wireless Internet access. Guests can enjoy the resort's two fishing ponds, the outdoor swimming pool, the 18-hole miniature golf course and exercise room. • Guests of the Mardi Gras RV Park stay less than six miles from the French Quarter in New Orleans. This pet-friendly campground offers both grassy and paved sites, 100 in total; standard amenities include 30- and 50-amp electrical service and wireless Internet access. The exercise room and outdoor swimming pool provide guests with recreational opportunities and the on-site gas station and grocery add a bit of convenience to their stay. Lafayette KOA

• Located just off of Interstate 10, six miles from downtown Lafayette, the Lafayette KOA can accommodate large RVs up to 70 feet long. All sites come with 50-amp electrical and cable television hookups and free wireless Internet access. The campground sits along a fishing pond where guests can fish at no additional cost. Guests can also relax by the seasonal outdoor swimming pool or play mini golf. The campground allows groups of up to 80 people. Tent sites and private one- and two-bedroom cabins are available.
