- The entrance fee to the park provides for seven days of admission. People who choose to set up their RVs outside the park can return to the scene of the action every day for a week using the same admission pass--it's good for Grand Teton National Park, as well. U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents aged 62 and over can purchase a $10 lifetime Senior Pass that is good for admission to a number of Park Service facilities.

406-646-7872 - Yellowstone National Parks and the towns that surround it sit high in the Rocky Mountains (around 7,500 feet in elevation). It gets cold at night, so be prepared with warm clothing if you plan to be outside in the evening and warm bedding for overnight. Also, this area is home to bears; they're omnivores--that is, they eat everything--so keep your food and toiletries in bear-proof containers to help them resist temptation.
- Many of the largest campgrounds inside Yellowstone National Park can accommodate RVs, including Fishing Bridge RV, which was designed specifically for that purpose. The park is one of the country's most popular attractions, however, so reservations are a must if you want to spend a night in your RV in the park.
