How to Get Rid of Frogs in Trees

    • 1). Turn off lights. The insects that come to the lights around your house attract frogs and others things to the flying feast.

    • 2). Remove standing water such as play pools and bird feeders. These locations also draw in insects as well as give frogs a water source, which they love.

    • 3). Mix up a citric acid like lemon juice with water. Pour it into a garden sprayer and spray the tree. The National Wildlife Research Center has had promising results with citric acid at making frogs leave an area.

    • 4). Spray a mild saltwater solution into the tree as a last resort. The salt water hurts the feet of the frogs and makes them want to leave. However salt water is not good for plants and should be sprayed sparingly.
