How to Alter the Mayor's Statue in "The Grinch" for Sega Dreamcast
- 1). Acquire the sculpting tools.
- 2). Breathe on the "Invisible Fence" outside of the mayor's statue. It will turn green.
- 3). Jump over the green fence up to the "Security Button." Press the security button. This will disable the fence.
- 4). Use the sculpting tools on the mayor's statue.
