How to Draw Fairies for Beginners
- 1). Draw a medium-sized circle for the head. Create facial guidelines by drawing a vertical line slightly curved inside of the circle, and then draw two horizontal lines for the eyes and the mouth. Then connect a vertical line at the bottom of the circle for the body frame.
- 2). Create a square shape at the bottom of the circle to create her chin. To do this, place your pencil on the bottom line of the circle and draw a vertical line a little bit slanted away from the circle, and then draw a horizontal line to join the bottom line of the circle. This will create a square-shaped face. Along with the very same lining, draw half circles all around the head of the fairy to create fluffy hair.
- 3). Draw the fairy's hair line to frame her face. Draw an upside down "L" to draw her hair line on the inside of the circle at the top edge. Then add a short vertical line for a part in the hair. Use the guidelines to draw circular eyes, eyeballs, and then lashes. Create simple arch eyebrows and a "U" shape smile for the fairy.
- 4). Draw a slender vase shape of her body around the vertical line. Lastly, draw her arms, and then draw butterfly wings for the fairy. Erase all the guidelines and shapes, and you're done.
