How to Draw a Ferrari Car Step by Step
- 1). Draw a large rectangle for the base of the car with a pencil. On top of the rectangle on the right, draw a smaller rectangle with sides slanted in for the driver-side windows and add a skinny diamond for the roof.
- 2). Draw a square-shaped diamond for the windshield, a larger one for the hood of the car and a small one for the grille of the car to finish the base of the car.
- 3). Add the wheels--the front one a circle shape and the back an oval shape, overlapping the bottom of the rectangle.
- 4). Clarify the rounded shape of the car by curving the corners of the diamonds on the hood, windshield and roof. Make a short straight line on the bottom right corner of the car, cutting off the square edge and making it look sportier. Erase the previous square lines.
- 5). Draw two smaller circles inside of each other on each tire for the hubcap. Draw a small curved line from the bottom of each tire to the car on the left side. Erase the top half of the rear wheel to make it look inside of the body frame. Add a small curved line in front of the front tire.
- 6). Draw ovals for the side-view mirror and gas cap and draw a curved line starting at the top of the front tire, swooping up the the back of the car. Use small curved lines to distinguish the door, grille and windows.
- 7). Make an L shape starting under the side-view mirror and finishing behind and just below the top of the front wheel to show air slits. Draw another line that curves to the back of the car off of the other one, and draw five lines on the driver door, attaching with an upright line on the right to create the radiators.
- 8). Draw two lines at the nose of the car and a thin rectangle on the hood of the car near the windshield, and add two colored-in thin lines on the windshield for windshield wipers.
- 9). In each tire, draw a circle around five half-circles and darken the sidewalls of the tires, the half-circles in the wheels and the bottom half of the side-view mirror with a pen. Also darken the front bottom edges of the car, the small rectangle by the windshield and the tops of the windows. Add in head lights to complete the drawing.
