How to Change the Cutting Height on Push Mowers
- 1). Search for the height adjustment levers on the mower wheels. These should be between the body of the lawn mower and the wheel.
- 2). Press the lever toward the body of the lawn mower. Swivel the tire up or down depending on whether you want to shorten or lengthen the height. Swiveling the tire down will increase the mower height; swiveling up will decrease it.
- 3). Repeat Step 2 for all four wheels, pressing the lever toward the body and raising or lowering the mower body as needed.
