How to Change the Color of a Tiburon Gauge Cluster

- 1). Open the hood. Disconnect the Tiburon's battery using a socket wrench.
- 2). Remove the two screws securing the plastic cover to the instrument cluster with a Phillips screwdriver. Pry off the plastic cover above the cluster.
- 3). Remove all four of the security screws from the cluster itself. Disconnect the cluster's electrical wiring harness and remove it from the Tiburon. At this point, you can remove all of the bulbs from the rear of the cluster and replace them with new bulbs, or you can pry off the cover from the cluster and install a tinted cover. Use a slotted screwdriver to pry off the cover, but be careful to not break the cover when removing or installing it.
- 4). Reinstall the cluster and reattach the screws. Place the plastic cover back into its original position and reattach its screws.
- 5). Reconnect the Tiburon's battery and close the hood.
