How to Close the Chat Box in Facebook
- 1). Click the top of the chat box to minimize the conversation so it is not in your way.
- 2). Click the collapsed tab for the conversation at the bottom of your screen to reopen the chat with your previous communication.
- 3). Click the "x" in the top, right corner of the chat box to close it completely. You can also hit the "Esc" key on your keyboard while you are clicked on the chat box to close the conversation.
