End Processes

• 1). Press "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "Delete."
  
  
• 2). Click on "Start Task Manager." The Windows Task Manager opens.
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Processes" tab.
  
  
• 4). End each of the following processes. To end a process, click on the process and then click "End Process." You will find each of the processes listed under the heading "Image Name."

Delete DLL Files

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Type "cmd" into the Search Programs and Files box and press "Enter." The Windows Command Prompt opens.
  
  
• 3). Type each of the following commands into the Windows Command Prompt. Press "Enter" after each command. You will see a confirmation message when you have successfully deleted the DLL file.
  
  "regsvr32 /u pxwma.dll"
  "regsvr32 /u system.dll"
  
  
• 4). Close the Windows Command Prompt.
  
  

Delete Registry Entries

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Type "regedit" into the Search Programs and Files box and press "Enter." The Windows Registry Editor opens.
  
  
• 3). Locate each of the following registry entries in the left pane of the Windows Registry Editor and delete them. To delete a registry entry, right-click on the entry and select "Delete."
