Uninstallation

• When an application is no longer needed, you may choose to remove it from the system. When uninstalling, all the files that make up the application are removed. If program isn't removed correctly, certain files can go missing, including the TBKeyPad.exe file.
  
  

New Applications

• Different applications use different versions of the TBKeyPad.exe file. If an application that uses an older version of the file has been installed, the current version may have been replaced.
  
  

Viruses

• If the system has been infiltrated by a virus and a relevant application has been infected, the TBKeyPad.exe file may have been corrupted or removed as a method for destroying the system.
