How to Make Windows XP Partition Bootable

    • 1). Boot from the Windows XP installation disc.

    • 2). Press the "R" key to enter the "Recovery Console".

    • 3). Type "fixboot c:" and press the "Enter" key.

    • 4). Type "fixmbr" and press the "Enter" key.

    • 5). Reboot the computer. The Windows XP partition will now be bootable.
