How to Put the Cube Feature on Ubuntu

- 1). Click "Applications" and select "Accessories," then "Terminal."
- 2). Type "sudo apt-get install simple-ccsm" and press "Enter." Enter your Ubuntu password when prompted to complete installation.
- 3). Click "System" and select "Preferences," then "Simple CompizConfig."
- 4). Select the "Desktop" tab.
- 5). Select "Desktop Cube" from the appearance drop-down menu and configure the number of desktop columns and rows, then click "Close." Using four columns and one row results in the most basic cube shape.
- 6). Switch between desktops by clicking the work space switcher applet located at the bottom left of the Ubuntu desktop or by pressing "Ctrl," "Alt," and the left or right arrow key at the same time.
