Touchscreen Phones

• 1). Tap the "Menu" button. Generally, a Windows Mobile touchscreen phone has the menu button located at the bottom of the device's screen.
  
  
• 2). Tap the "Messages" icon.
  
  
• 3). Tap on the SMS message displayed in the inbox to open it and show the entire contents.
  
  

Non-Touchscreen Phones

• 1). Press the "OK," "Menu" or "Start" button, depending on the model of Windows Mobile phone.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Message" or "Messaging" key.
  
  
• 3). Scroll to the folder marked "SMS/MMS" or "SMS," depending on the model of Windows Mobile phone, and press the "OK" button. You will be sent to the inbox, where you can view SMS messages.
