How to Print Thumbnails in Powerpoint
- 1). Run PowerPoint and open a presentation for which you want to print thumbnails.
- 2). Press "Ctrl" and "P" simultaneously to open the "Print" menu.
- 3). Click the drop-down arrow in the "Print Layout" menu, listed as the third option in the "Settings" section. Printing options appear.
- 4). Click the thumbnail option that you prefer under the "Handouts" area of the "Print Layout" menu. You can include up to nine slides on one page.
- 5). Click "Print" to print the thumbnails.
