How to Relocate the Start Bar in Windows XP
- 1). Click on the Windows Start bar. Do not click the "Start" logo; instead, click an empty spot on the bar. Hold the mouse button.
- 2). Move your cursor to the spot you want to relocate the bar to. You can place the bar on the top, bottom, left side or right side of the screen.
- 3). Let go of the mouse button. The bar will now move to the desired location.
