How to Add VLC to an Autoplay Menu

- 1). Select "Start" and then "Control Panel."
- 2). Click "Hardware and Sound."
- 3). Click "Change default settings for media and devices" located in the "AutoPlay" section.
- 4). Select "VLC" from the drop-down menu for each of the media types for which VLC should be an AutoPlay option and then click "Save." VLC will be a playback option for all the media types that were reconfigured.
