- 1). Grip the dash panel that surrounds the stereo by one corner and pull in order to unsnap the panel. Completely remove the panel.
- 2). Use the Ford radio removal key by inserting them into the pair of holes on either side of the radio to push the anchoring clips inward. Slide the radio out.
- 3). Unplug the plastic wire harness and antenna cable from the back of the radio.
- 4). Wire the new radio using the snap on wire harness.
- 5). Slide the sleeve from the new radio into the radio dash installation kit. Bend the tabs to secure the sleeve. Slide the sleeve into the dash.
- 6). Plug the antenna and wire harness into the back of the new radio. Slide the radio into the installation kit and secure it.
- 7). Reattach the dash panel by pushing it into place.
