- 1). Open your computer's Control Panel from the Start menu.
- 2). Click "Programs" and then "Programs and Features."
- 3). Select "Duplicate Remover for Microsoft Excel" and hit the "Uninstall" button.
- 4). Restart your computer.
- 5). Run a registry cleaner. There are many programs to choose from but they all work about the same way. They will scan your registry and remove temporary keys or keys that no longer link to anything. Since you have uninstalled the Duplicate Remover, the Duplicate Remover key now fits into the latter category.
- 6). Download a new trial of Duplicate Remove and install it. You now have 15 more days to decide whether to purchase it.
